Welcome to Ticlu, a social platform operated by Link Corporation ("Link," "we," "our," or "us").

  • Selfies
  • Groupfies
  • Unifies
  • Photos
  • Videos
  • Stories
  • Captions
  • Comments
  • Daily Challenge submissions
  • EBO puzzle entries
  • Other user-generated content

You are solely responsible for the content you choose to share.

By submitting content, you represent that:

  • You own the content or have the necessary rights to share it.
  • Your content does not violate applicable law.
  • Your content does not infringe the rights of others.
  • Your content complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

7. License You Grant to Us

To operate and improve our Services, you grant Link Corporation a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to:

  • Host your content.
  • Store your content.
  • Reproduce your content as technically necessary.
  • Display your content.
  • Distribute your content according to your privacy settings.
  • Process your content to operate platform features.
  • Create backups.
  • Improve security.
  • Moderate content.

This license exists solely for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, and securing the Services.

It ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except where limited retention is required by law, for backups, dispute resolution, security, or legitimate operational purposes.

  • Reverse engineer or decompile our software where prohibited by law.

13. Daily Challenges

Ticlu may offer Daily Challenges, creative activities, seasonal events, or community campaigns.

Participation is voluntary.

By participating, you agree that:

  • Your submissions comply with these Terms and Community Guidelines.
  • We may display eligible submissions within the Services.
  • Challenge rules may vary depending on the event.
  • We may modify, suspend, or cancel any challenge at our discretion where reasonably necessary.

14. EBO Puzzle Competition

EBO is a feature of Ticlu that may include puzzles, competitions, rankings, rewards, or promotional events.

Participation is subject to separate Official Rules.

Where prizes are offered:

  • Eligibility requirements may apply.
  • Identity verification may be required before prizes are awarded.
  • Winners may be subject to fraud prevention and compliance checks.
  • Taxes and legal obligations relating to prizes are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.

Link Corporation reserves the right to suspend, modify, postpone, or cancel any competition where necessary for operational, legal, or security reasons.

Nothing in these Terms guarantees that any prize will be available unless announced in accordance with the applicable Official Rules.

15. Paid Features and Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription or paid feature:
